Cox’s Bazar, in the southeastern corner of Bangladesh near the Myanmar border, has the world’s longest natural sea beachfront. Here along the Bay of Bengal, fishing is the major activity not only for the professional fishermen in their traditional moon shaped boats but also for the local children who try to grab their own small shares of the catch as it is hauled onto shore in huge nets.
